Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Orders Above ₹599: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over ₹599.

  • Orders Below ₹599: A flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available at no extra charge! It is completely free. You can securely pay the exact order amount in cash when your package arrives at your doorstep.

Delivery Coverage & Remote Locations We proudly ship PAN India. If your delivery address is in a highly remote location where standard courier coverage is limited, we will arrange alternative delivery methods. Before taking any action, our team will contact you to coordinate the best approach. Please note that if these alternative methods incur costs above our standard rates, you may be required to bear the additional delivery charges. We will always communicate this clearly and get your confirmation before proceeding.

Processing and Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this number to track your package's journey online.

Order Confirmation Our team will reach out over a phone call to manually confirm your order details before dispatch. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a correct and active phone number is provided at checkout. Incorrect or unreachable contact details may cause processing delays or result in the cancellation of your order.

Delivery Handover & OTP Verification At the time of delivery, our courier partner may require an OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number to successfully hand over the parcel. Please note that sharing this OTP with the delivery executive serves as official confirmation of receipt. If an order is marked as delivered post-OTP verification, Viralhead Apparels cannot be held liable or assist with claims of non-receipt. Please ensure you only share the OTP when you or an authorized person physically receives the package.
