Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. Creating an account comes with perks—track your orders easily, save your shipping addresses for faster checkout, and even append multiple orders if needed. How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with UPI for smooth and secure payments. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience, with a ₹75 COD charge per order. Choose what works best for you!

Can I amend and cancel my order?

You can request an order cancellation or amendment, but only before it goes into production. Since we create each order especially for you and don’t keep ready inventory, once production begins, cancellations or changes won’t be possible. We recommend double-checking your order details before confirming!

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

You can apply your discount code at checkout! Simply enter the code in the "Discount Code" box before making the payment, and the discount will be applied to your order. Happy shopping!

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an acknowledgment email confirming that we’ve received it. However, please note that we will verify your delivery address and contact details before shipping your order.

Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can check your order status anytime in the "My Account" section.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as ā€œTemporarily Unavailableā€.

Our Premium Wear collection features superior-quality, heavyweight, loop-knitted fabrics with a high GSM—ranging from 210 GSM, 240 GSM, 260 GSM & above. These tees are crafted for a luxurious feel, enhanced durability, and a structured fit, making them perfect for those who love a bold, premium look.

On the other hand, our Classic Range includes midweight fabric T-shirts (ranging from 160 GSM to 200 GSM) that offer a perfect balance of comfort and breathability. These tees are ideal for everyday wear, featuring plain or minimal designs, making them effortlessly stylish while maintaining great quality.

What kind of printing technology is used on the garments?

We use state-of-the-art DTF (Direct to Film) printing technology for most of our garments, which ensures vibrant colors and intricate designs that truly pop! This method allows for exceptional detail and durability, making your prints look fascinating and long-lasting.

Additionally, we utilize DTG (Direct to Garment) printing on select items. This technique directly prints on the fabric, allowing for stunning designs with smooth gradients and rich color depth.

Both printing methods enhance the overall quality of our apparel, ensuring you receive eye-catching pieces that stand out in any crowd!
