Viral Head Apparels is a brand operated by Vanya Enterprises. We take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order products. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

You received a damaged product
-
You received a wrong item
Conditions:

Exchange must be requested within 5 days of delivery

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, stickers, barcodes, and packaging intact

You must submit images of the product when requesting an exchange
What qualifies as a damaged garment:

Torn fabric
-
Color bleeding or faded prints
-
Manufacturing defects
Important for transit damage:

Take a clear photo or video at the time of delivery

Mention “Damaged” in the delivery notes of the courier before accepting the parcel
Not Eligible for Exchange:

Damage caused by the customer (e.g., opening with sharp objects causing cuts)

Sizing issues – We follow a Print-on-Demand model, so exchanges due to size mismatch are not possible. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order

Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

Refund Policy
In rare cases where we are unable to process an exchange, a full refund will be issued:

Refund will be processed to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, you may:

Share bank account details for NEFT refund

Or opt for store credit

Exchange Request & Process

All exchanges are subject to approval

We will review your request and images
-
If approved, we will notify you and begin the exchange process

If rejected, you will be informed, and you must pay both-side shipping charges upfront for us to return the product
We will send a confirmation in both cases: whether the product qualifies for exchange or not.
