Refund & Exchange Policy

Viral Head Apparels is a brand operated by Vanya Enterprises. We take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order products. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.


Products We Deal In:

  • Garments: T-Shirts (expanding soon to Bottoms and Hoodies)

  • Mobile Covers (Coming Soon)

  • Artificial Jewelry (Coming Soon)


Garments (T-Shirts)

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

Conditions:

  • Exchange must be requested within 5 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, stickers, barcodes, and packaging intact

  • You must submit images of the product when requesting an exchange

What qualifies as a damaged garment:

  • Torn fabric

  • Color bleeding or faded prints

  • Manufacturing defects

Important for transit damage:

  • Take a clear photo or video at the time of delivery

  • Mention “Damaged” in the delivery notes of the courier before accepting the parcel

Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Damage caused by the customer (e.g., opening with sharp objects causing cuts)

  • Sizing issues – We follow a Print-on-Demand model, so exchanges due to size mismatch are not possible. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order


Mobile Covers (Coming Soon)

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong item delivered

Conditions:

  • Exchange must be requested within 2 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging with all stickers/tags intact

  • Clear images must be submitted with your request

Examples of damage:

  • Cracks, scratches, or broken case

  • Misalignment or fitment issues

  • Discoloration or fading

Important for transit damage:

  • Take a photo or video immediately at delivery

  • Mention “Damaged” on the courier’s delivery note

Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

  • Cuts, scratches, or breakage while opening the packaging

Refund Policy

In rare cases where we are unable to process an exchange, a full refund will be issued:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, you may:

    • Share bank account details for NEFT refund

    • Or opt for store credit


Exchange Request & Process

  • All exchanges are subject to approval

  • We will review your request and images

  • If approved, we will notify you and begin the exchange process

  • If rejected, you will be informed, and you must pay both-side shipping charges upfront for us to return the product

We will send a confirmation in both cases: whether the product qualifies for exchange or not.
